Easy Exchange Within 3 Working Days

- Products can be exchanged within 3 working days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

No Refund Policy

- We do not offer cash refunds or payment refunds.
- Once an order has been placed and delivered, the payment is non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are available only for products of the same value or a higher value.
- If you choose a product with a higher price, you must pay the price difference.
- If you choose a product with a lower price, the remaining balance will not be refunded, adjusted, or credited.
