- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock shortages.
- Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified after it has been dispatched.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Payment must be completed using the available payment methods at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
- Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
6. Exchange Policy
- Products may be exchanged within 3 working days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
- No cash refunds or payment refunds are available.
- Exchanges are only permitted for products of the same value or a higher value.
- If the replacement product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference.
- If the replacement product has a lower price, the remaining balance will not be refunded or credited.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
